The Celebration Projects was founded in 2020, but the concept has been something Libby O’Regan dreamed about with her friend, Amanda Spencer, for many years.

Since birth, Libby’s children have been the lucky recipients of some really fun parties. With over-the-top cakes, decorations, and various unique party themes, Libby felt deeply that more children deserve this joy. 

Combining her passion for children, party planning, photography, networking, and marketing, The Celebration Projects was born during the Pandemic in 2020. The concept was deepened in a driveway session with her philanthropic friend, Ashley Gluck.  With the support of Libby’s husband, Mick Kuehn, The Celebration Projects was born and a Board of Directors was formed.
