2025 Toy & Gift Drive for Birthday Parties on Hilton Head & Bluffton
The Celebration Projects is a non-profit organization based on Hilton Head Island that gives children in need the gift of a birthday party. We believe all children should feel loved and celebrated on their birthday so we are on a mission to enable more children to have a birthday party at no cost to their family or guests. We need the community’s support to make this happen!
Now through December 16, 2024, we are partnering with Binya Hilton Head (556 Spanish Wells Road) to collect toys and gifts to stock our present closet for 2025! Please see our complete list of needs below and donate a new, unwrapped present by bringing it to Binya's store.
Clothing
Children and teen clothing such as socks, underwear, sweatshirts, sweatpants, athletic clothing, jackets, pants, and formal occasion attire. Party recipients are both male and female ages 4 - 18 years old. The children and teens appreciate all brands of clothing but especially enjoy Nike, Under Armor, and American Eagle. Clothing must be donated in new condition with the tags on.
Arts & Crafts
Crayons, markers, paint, sewing machine, sewing kits, knitting kits, art sets, other craft kits are popular. Play dough and other sensory materials are also appreciated. Items must be in new condition and not used.
Books & Book Series
Popular series like Harry Potter, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, The Chronicles of Narnia, Roald Dahl Collections, Magic Tree House, Amelia Bedelia, and more are always welcome. Items must be in new condition and not used.
Sports Equipment
Fishing poles, fishing gear, soccer nets/balls, footballs, basketballs, spike ball nets… anything sports related is always a huge hit! Items must be in new condition and not used.
Pretend Play & Dolls
Pretend play is very popular among our younger children. Items from Melissa and Doug, play kitchen, play doctor/vet, etc. are great choices for little ones. We can never get enough Dolls!
Personal Hygiene Products
If you have shopped for cosmetics or personal hygiene lately, you will know it’s expensive! We are collecting new make up: lipsticks, blushes, foundations, mascara, eye shadow and the likes for tween and teen girls. Perfume, too! Also deodorant, Old Spice products, and cologne are very popular for our tween and teen boys.
Licensed Characters
You can not go wrong with Mickey Mouse, Muana, Winnie-the-Pooh, Barbie, Frozen. Also: Bluey, Encanto, Marvel, Peppa Pig, and Minecraft.
Sports / Sports Figures
Sports licensed merchandise is always popular, especially soccer merchandise. Think Messi!
